Millette-Keller & Associates Inc. is a highly specialized company providing complex international travel and event management services to a global clientele. The company is owned and operated by Ron Millette and Erika Keller, who both have decades of direct industry experience


The company focus is on maintaining and continuously developing & growing our own business and at the same time creating opportunities through our Associate Program for independent travel and meeting professionals who have significant personal business in the International Business Travel and Conference Services Industry.


Owning your own business brings many benefits and personal freedoms, however it also requires a lot of discipline. You have to be motivated, client service oriented and able to work on your own in a home environment and at times within a team environment. You have to own, as a minimum, an up-to-date computer, printer, telephone and have fax and e-mail capability.


We are looking for mature individuals who can also provide exchange services to our clients, if and as required. Different language capabilities are a definite asset for the ideal Associate, as well as ability to travel at times and provide on-site project support.


Often, an individual has a book of business, either in travel or meeting planning, but it is a difficult & daunting task to start a business alone. Purchasing a turn-key franchise is generally much too costly. Buying into an on-line system does not provide the back-up or business support, required by most successful agents or meeting planners.


Millette-Keller & Associates have created a program whereby you can work on your own, retain an important part of your earned commissions and fees and have a complete business infrastructure behind you.
